Thank you for your interest in the services of Hotel Královka. We will be happy to provide you with answers to common questions about our hotel.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in takes place between 15:00 and 20:00, late check-in is possible by prior arrangement. Check-out is until 10:00.

How does the reception work?

Reception is available daily from 08:00 to 20:00. The telephone number of the reception is: +420 778 111 100, email: recepce@hotelkralovka.cz. In case of late arrivals, safe deposit boxes are available. Information will always be sent by reception in advance.

Is the hotel open seasonally or all year round?

The hotel is open all year round.

How do I find out the current availability of the hotel?

Is it possible to drive up to the hotel?

Yes, the hotel can be reached by car and there is no entry ban.

Can I pay by card at the hotel?

Yes, card payment is possible in all areas of our hotel, including the tower stand.

What are the parking options?

We have reserved parking spaces directly at the hotel. The parking fee for accommodated guests is 100 CZK/night, for non-accommodated guests 150 CZK/day. The first 45 minutes of parking is free.

What are the dining options at Královka?

Refreshments are provided all day long. Breakfast is served from 08:00 to 10:00 and dinner from 17:00 to 22:00 in the Royal Restaurant. During the day, guests can enjoy the self-service Sun Parlor Restaurant from 10:00 to 17:00, which offers a wide selection of drinks, hot meals and desserts. A different menu is available every day, including vegetarian dishes. We also have an Aperol bar on the terrace and a booth by the lookout tower, which are open depending on the weather.

Does the hotel provide half board?

No, the hotel does not provide half board. However, our guests can comfortably eat and drink in the hotel premises at any time of the day, see previous question.

Do I need to book a table in advance?

Yes, we recommend booking a table in advance by phone or email. The phone number for the restaurant is: +420 777 247 883, email: recepce@hotelkralovka.cz.

Is the accommodation with breakfast?

Yes, breakfast is served in the Royal Restaurant buffet from 08:00 to 10:00.

Is it necessary to book the SPA in advance?

Yes, due to the limited capacity of the SPA we recommend booking in advance. Reservations can be made by calling the reception on +420 778 111 100 or by e-mail: recepce@hotelkralovka.cz.

Is the SPA entrance fee included in the price?

No, entrance to the SPA is subject to a fee and is not included in the room rate. Guests staying at the hotel have a discount on SPA access. In our hotel you can also enjoy massages, which must be booked in advance by phone: +420 778 111 100 or by e-mail: recepce@hotelkralovka.cz.

Does the hotel have any facilities for children?

Yes, the hotel has a large outdoor playground, which is open all year round.

Can I rent sports equipment (skis, bikes, ...) at the hotel?

The hotel itself does not rent equipment, but there is a rental shop HORYzont | Outdoor Activities | Jizera Mountains in which it is possible to rent equipment. There are: running shoes, boots, bicycles, e-bikes, helmets, etc.

How far are the cross-country ski trails from the hotel?

Entry to the cross-country ski trails is directly at the hotel.

Is it possible to stay with a pet?

Dogs are welcome in our apartments by prior arrangement only and for a fee of 500 CZK/day. We do not accommodate dogs in hotel rooms.

Is it possible to book a shuttle bus?

Yes, the shuttle bus is available for 1 - 8 people. Reservations can be made by calling the reception on +420 778 111 100 or by e-mail: recepce@hotelkralovka.cz.

Does the hotel's lost and found work?

If you forget something, you must contact us within one month of the end of your stay. If the item is found, you must arrange to collect it at your own expense. All lost and found items are handled by the reception desk tel: +420 778 111 100, email: recepce@hotelkralovka.cz.
